By shopping on this website each customer agrees to the following.
SHOPPING/REGISTRATION: This webstore opperates to serve the residents of Burlington, Ontario and the surrounding area, although open to others who may agree to all of the following terms. A valid credit or debt card is required to complete any purchase online. All customers must be of legal age in the province of Ontario. By completeing a purchase on this website or registering for updates you agree to receive emails sent to registered customers for any future sales and or promotions.
PAYMENT: We accept all major credit/debit cards as well as paypal payment at check out.
HST: ALL sales will be charged 13% HST REGARDLESS of the item. If an item is in any part tax exempt, customers may keep their invoice and claim the exemption on their income tax. Full HST will be charged on all items. Customers should factor this into their budget.
CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: By sourcing the best liquidation overstock, shelf pulls, misquided freight and returns from reputable retailers most items are new or look new unless otherwise stated with some brand new unopened items available. Some items may not be in original packaging or have damaged packaging but each item is carefully selected and inspected before listing ensuring only the best "STUFF" make it online. Our best efforts are made to represent all items accurately; however, all items are ultimately sold on an 'as is, where is' basis, with all faults. We strongly encourage all customers to personally verify the condition of each item through careful observation or by contacting us with any questions. No responsibility is assumed by the seller for any errors or omissions. Any prices referenced are MSRP (Manufacturers Suggested Retail Prices).
COMPLETED/CANCELED ORDER: All completed orders are considered FINAL SALE. If a completed order is canceled for ANY reason a $7.99 administration charge + 10% restocking fee will be applied with remaining balance being refunded to original form of payment.
MISSING/SOLD OUT ITEM: Unfortunately with large online sales over various platforms, items can go missing or be sold out from time to time. In the event that an item you had successfully purchased can't be located, your sole remedy is a complete refund of that item. No other items from your order may be canceled as a result of the missing or sold out item. No additional costs or expenses whether direct or indirect can be claimed for that item.
CLAIMS/RETURNS: All items are FINAL SALE and sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. However limited returns may be accepted if there was a major error in the listing. To be considered for a return, customers must send an email WITHIN 24 HRS of receiving the item. A detailed description of the reason for requesting the return including any pictures will be required. If approved, the item MUST be returned to our Burlington facility at the buyers expense by mail or in person by appointment only. A purchase credit for the full value of the item's purchase price minus any delivery fees if applicable will be placed on your account to be used at a future date. (No cash refunds will be given in any circumstance & Delivery fees are non-refundable). Stuff 4 My Life Liquidation WILL NOT accept any returns after the 24 HR window required to report any issues, defects or errors. There will be NO EXCEPTION to this. Customers are recommended to inspect their items THOROUGHLY upon receiving them even if they are a gift for someone else or plan on being used at a later date. Buyers are reminded that all goods are sold on an 'as is, where is' basis, with all faults. Items listed as used or containing buk items, clothing, footwear, mattress and mattress topper along with any item specifically marked as "Final Sale Item" are complete final sales that will not be eligiable for any claim/return for any reason. Items approved for a refund are returned at the buyers expense. IT IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THEIR ITEMS UPON RECEIVING THEM!
CATALOG ERRORS & OMISSIONS: If a description does not match a picture in a lot, the description takes precedence. All items are sold on an 'as is, where is' basis, with all faults. In the event an item was listed in error or an item can't be located during pick up for any reason, the customer agrees that their maximum recourse is a full refund of the item in question and that all other items purchased remain payable.
ADDITIONS & DELETIONS: Stuff 4 My Life Liquidation reserves the right to remove and/or add items to the sale at any point.
PICK-UP/DELIVERY:
Once you complete your order, a confirmation email will be sent, at which time you may schedule pick up at your convenience through our "Schedule Pick-Up" page. All online orders may be picked up in Burlington, ON at one of our three pick up locations on Prospect St., Mainway or Queensway Dr. Monday - Saturday 10am - 8pm by appointment only. Complete details along with order pick up instructions will be provided when pick up is approved. Pick up location is dependent on the products that are purchased and where they are stored.
Local delivery is available for all liquidation orders for a flat fee depending on delivery location within our designated delivery zone. Please see our designated delivery zone prices listed below.

All liquidation delivery orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. A follow up email will be sent when orders are prepared for shipping with estimated delivery date. We ask that you have someone available at your delivery location to sign for items at time of delivery to ensure a safe and secure delivery. If delivering to an apartment/condo building, please provide specific delivery instructions. We do not offer delivery insurance and Stuff 4 My Life Liquidation or it’s associates can not be held accountable for what happens to items once they are dropped off and delivered.
BUYERS: All buyers must be of legal age and a resident of Southern Ontario. The BUYER expressly agrees to indemnify and save Stuff 4 My Life Liquidation, the Seller and their associates harmless from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damage or liability, directly or indirectly caused by or resulting from an act, including the negligent acts or omissions of the seller, or anyone acting in his/her behalf in connection with or arising out of the sale.
PERSONAL & PROPERTY RISKS: Stuff 4 My Life Liquidation, The Seller and their associates will not be liable in any way for damage or injury to individuals or their property.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: You expressly understand and agree that Stuff 4 My Life Liquidation and it's associates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the service; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; or (v) any other matter relating to the service.
